JALON Project Holds 24 Month Meeting for Evaluation and Planning in Calatayud
Between October 22 and 24, members of the JALON project gathered in Calatayud, Spain, for the 24-month project meeting, marking a significant milestone in monitoring and evaluating its activities. The main focus of the meeting was to review the progress of the past six months and plan for the next six, allowing for a detailed analysis of what went well, the areas needing adjustment, and strategies for future improvements.
The meeting stood out for its educational approach, integrating dynamic and participatory activities where each member shared what the project means to them and the lessons learned along the way.
