Legislation in Portugal regarding Renewable Energy:

1. Decree-Law No. 15/2022 of January 14 – Establishes the organization and functioning of the National Electric System Transposing Directive (EU) 2019/944 and Directive (EU) 2018/2001;

2. Decree-Law No. 30-A/2022 of April 18 – Approves exceptional measures aimed at ensuring the simplification of energy production procedures from renewable sources;

3. Decree-Law no. 72/2022, of 19 October – Amends the exceptional measures for the implementation of projects and initiatives for the production and storage of energy from renewable sources;

4. Decree Law 162/2019 of October 25th – establishes the legal regime applicable to self-consumption of renewable energy and energy communities (CSC).
