  1. Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Electricity Sector, defines the Renewable Energy Communities as actors in the electricity sector.

  2. Order TED/1446/2021, of December 22, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of aid from the incentive program for singular pilot projects of energy communities (CE Implement Program), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

  3. Royal Decree 244/2019, of April 5, which regulates the administrative, technical and economic conditions of self-consumption of electrical energy.

  4. Royal Decree-Law 20/2022, of December 27, through which self-consumption is promoted through the network, increasing its distance to 2,000 meters in the case of photovoltaic generating plants.

  5. Order TED/1247/2021, of November 15, which modifies, for the implementation of variable distribution coefficients in collective self-consumption, Annex I of Royal Decree 244/2019, of April 5.
