JALON Project participates in the LIFE CET Contractors’ Meeting on Energy Communities
Members of the JALON Project, Luis Narvarte, Luis Carrasco, Eva Báguena and Piet Holtrop, attended the LIFE CET Contractors’ Meeting on Energy Communities in Brussels on March 24–25, a European event focused on the development and cooperation of energy communities.
The event was organized by the European Climate, Environment and Infrastructure Executive Agency (CINEA), with the aim of fostering synergies among funded projects, enabling the exchange of experiences, the identification of key areas for collaboration, and the strengthening of networks at the European level.
In addition to networking among initiatives, the meeting also provided an open space for dialogue with representatives from different Directorates-General of the European Commission. This created an opportunity to discuss policy recommendations, current challenges, emerging needs, and future outlooks in the context of the energy transition.
The participation of the JALON Project reinforces its commitment to innovation and the development of sustainable solutions in the energy sector, actively contributing to a more collaborative and resilient energy model in Europe.
