On the 2nd of February 2023 JALON was part of the of the event “transición energética en el medio rural: Papel de las comunidades de regantes”, in which energy communities in rural areas were focus of the discussion.
Luis Narvarte (UPM), presented the JALON approach. José María Yusta (UniZar) gave a presentation about Renewable Energy Communities, Ana Belén Cristóbal (UPM) continued with the reality and the future of Renewable Energy Communities and Piet Holtrop (Holtrop) approached the irrigation communities as Renewable Energy Communities.
